We have made it comfortable and homely and it now looks like two lounges, on the family side we have a drinks station for them.

 

A staff member will sit with the resident for a short while until the resident is settled and then leave.

 

We have three slots a day for 1 hourly visits and 1 hourly cleans after each visit. One family member at one visit for the first 4 weeks and then we will reassess the situation to increase to two family members. Residents Families have been so supportive throughout the pandemic and we have remained Covid-19 Free and want to remain that way.
